Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using iSunning ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of iSunning, including free and Pro subscribers.

Use of the App

iSunning is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Not use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
• Provide accurate information when setting up your profile and preferences

Subscriptions & Billing

iSunning offers optional Pro subscriptions through Apple's App Store:

• Weekly subscription: $6.99/week with a 3-day free trial
• Annual subscription: $49.99/year
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period

AI Features & Limitations

iSunning uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized recommendations. By using AI features, you acknowledge:

• AI Sun Coach responses are for informational purposes only, not medical advice
• AI Skin Scan provides an estimate of your Fitzpatrick skin type — results may not be perfectly accurate
• Body Age estimates are calculated from health metrics and are approximations, not clinical assessments
• Sun exposure recommendations should be adjusted based on your individual health conditions
• AI conversation history is retained for 90 days to provide personalized responses

Health Data & Apple HealthKit

iSunning integrates with Apple HealthKit to provide personalized features. You control what health data the App can access through iOS Settings. Health data accessed through HealthKit is processed on-device and is not transmitted to our servers.

iSunning does not use HealthKit data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Intellectual Property

iSunning and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Unreal Technology Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSunning and Unreal Technology Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We are not responsible for any skin damage, health issues, or adverse effects resulting from following recommendations provided by the App. Always exercise personal judgment and consult medical professionals when needed.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
